Although Scottish in origin, bannock has become an important food staple for Indigenous peoples across Canada. In this session, learn about the history of bannock, how to make it and cook it. Cooking options for group - stick cooking or cast iron over the fire.

Either way, your group will be able to enjoy this wonderful treat by the fire and out in nature.
